These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the KlenCars website and the mobile detailing, ceramic coating, and paint correction services we provide in the greater Austin, Texas area. By requesting a quote, booking an appointment, or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

KlenCars is a mobile automotive care company. We come to your home or office to perform detailing, coating, and correction work. A quote or starting price is an estimate based on the vehicle details you provide. Final pricing is confirmed before service begins and may vary with vehicle size, condition, and the specific work required.

Starting prices shown on our website reflect typical vehicles and standard conditions. Heavily soiled interiors, extensive paint defects, oversize vehicles, or additional add-ons may change the final price. We will discuss any condition-based charges with you before confirming an appointment. You are never obligated to proceed until you approve the confirmed scope and price.

Appointments are scheduled based on technician availability and your location within our service area. Mobile service requires reasonable access to the vehicle, including space to work. We bring our own water and power, so no hookup is needed for most services. If weather or site conditions make safe work impractical, we may reschedule at no cost to you.

Detailing and paint correction results depend on the condition of your vehicle and the limits of the existing paint and materials. We work carefully within those limits but cannot guarantee that every stain, odor, swirl mark, or defect can be fully removed. Ceramic coatings make maintenance easier and add a protective layer, but they are not a substitute for reasonable care and do not make a vehicle immune to scratches, stone chips, or wear.

To allow us to deliver quality work, you agree to:

• Provide accurate vehicle and location information.
• Ensure the vehicle is accessible at the scheduled time.
• Remove personal belongings from areas being serviced where requested.
• Inform us of any known damage, prior repairs, or sensitive materials before work begins.

We understand plans change. Please give us as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. Repeated last-minute cancellations may require a deposit to secure future appointments. Any deposit policy will be clearly communicated before booking.

Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept standard electronic and card payments. If you have a question about a charge, contact us promptly and we will work to resolve it.

KlenCars is not liable for pre-existing damage, mechanical issues, or conditions we were not informed of before service. Our liability for work performed is limited to the cost of the specific service provided. We are not responsible for items left inside the vehicle; please remove valuables before your appointment.

All content on this website, including text, images, and design, is owned by KlenCars and may not be reproduced without permission. We strive to keep pricing and service information accurate, but errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct them and update content at any time.

We may revise these Terms as our services evolve. Updates will be posted on this page with a new revision date. Continued use of our website and services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
